My little one’s rash 😟

My daughter is 17 months. Beginning of December this circular mark appeared in the center of her chest. So book a GP appointment and was told it was eczema was given steroid cream and zeroveen. It initially helped but now the rash has spread it’s all over her chest back and arms. Booked another GP appointment as I thought it might be a fungal infection so have been using an anti fungal cream twice a day for the past week, but still can’t see an improvement.
GP has told me it’s a case of trial and error but I don’t think that’s good enough. Any suggestions or help would be much appreciated as feel like I’m at a loose end.
