Have a look at Haven sites. Not sure which ones specifically down South cos we are up north but we've done Haven sites since my daughter was 6 months old and still love them now and she's almost 4.
If you know anyone with a blue light card they do discounts too!
Also if you book and the price drops they do a price promise so you get the difference back!
Take a look at the haven parks near great Yarmouth. You can get train to Norwich and then to great yarmouth. If you can get to hopton holiday village then I highly recommend there for little ones or Vauxhall holiday village is right near the station
