I stared getting my first cervical checks AFTER I was 38 weeks so they might start at your next appointment

I’ll be 36 weeks Friday and starting to have symptoms. I asked my OB to check my cervix and she had no problem. I would ask her to do it

For me the cervical checks are uncomfortable and dilation only says so much. I got checked at 38 weeks with my daughter, and was barely 1cm - they scheduled me an induction date for a few days after my due date (just incase). The next day I ended up going into labor and gave birth to my first. In the meantime, my neighbor was 2-3 cm for 3 weeks and didn’t give birth til after her due date.

I liked knowing where I was at but I've heard cervix checks can cause complications. They also didnt check until after 38 weeks but you can always ask

Miscarriage

I have 2 babies and my tubes were tied during the csection of my youngest baby.
I went into hospital on the weekend with stomach pain turns out its a early miscarriage im in alot of pain iv had a injection to help it along and they've clarified it was in my tubes so atleast I know the tubes being tied worked just still fell pregnant in the tubes. Even tho I oviously couldnt have being in the tube I am a little.upset even tho i chose to tie my tubes as I dont want amy more kids am I being silly feeling a little sad about it. I dont really know how I'm suppose to feel.

This is fun! How old does he look like?

Maybe it's getting boring to people but I'm also curious how old my baby boy looks.

Not feeling myself

Just wanted to see if anyone else is feeling similar to me. I have a 4 year old and almost 6 month old and I have been severely sleep deprived for 4 years. I used to be fit and slim, going to the gym every day, but I haven’t had the energy to keep it up and have put on so much weight. I love being a mum and wouldn’t change a thing about the last 4 years but I don’t feel like myself at all and feel uncomfortable going out because of the weight gain. It feels like such an uphill battle to try and get back to being active and one I can’t do until I can get some reliable sleep! Feels hard with the summer coming up as well, maybe I just need to embrace my mum bod but it’s not easy!
