Hi all, hoping someone can help.
I’m fling from England to Spain with jet2 soon and will need to take my insulin, needles and Dexcom sensor onboard, I’ll take my prescription letter with me (insulin will be under 100ml or liquid) does anyone know if I will also need a letter from doctor or will prescription with my details on be enough? Thank you ☺️

I’m flying with jet 2 to Crete next month and I’ve been told I need a doctors letter to state that my bag and me cannot go through scanners because it will kill the dex like X-rays would
Oh I didn’t know this happened thank you!!

I have a letter from my Diabetes nurse that says I need these items with me at all times (lists which items) and which ones cannot go through x-rays. Might be worth giving your nurse a call and asking her for something similar.

Oo also, do not put insulin in your hold bag! It will freeze and be unusable!

Don’t even worry about the liquid limit, all medical supplies are exempt of the liquid limit and lots of the new airport scanners mean the liquid is redundant now anyway.
