I’ve been cramping a fair bit the last hour or so, nothing too extreme like I can talk through them. I haven’t tracked anything so honestly I’m unsure if there’s a pattern. My last birth was an induction due to baby passing at 24 weeks so unsure of what a natural labour would feel like.
I don’t want to drag me and my partner to triage unnecessarily especially at this time. Would it be wise to just wait it out and if things get worse or more frequent then go?

I'm sorry to hear that 🙏🏼. But yes just wait maybe when they get a little but more stronger and a bit more frequent I'm not sure if ypur midwife has told you how many minutes apart to wait. I honestly don't remember 🤔 if she said 8 minutes or so 🤔

Sorry to hear that 💗 my contractions have never felt like cramping - they feel like period pains (like a dull ache rather than sharp pain) that start subtle then get stronger and start to last longer. I generally only get cramps when I need to go to the toilet or am constipated. I would keep an eye out - make sure you have been to the toilet etc and see if it subsides. If it gets worse or stays i would personally get checked x
