First period after baby

I had a c section on February 25th and bled for about 3 weeks. I got the iud mirena April 6.
I am on day 10 of my period and it’s HEAVY.
My dr says it’s normal, but anyone else have heavy first periods?!
I am not breastfeeding.

Birth!

Hi I’m currently 38 weeks plus 2 days and I’m having sweep today which might do nothing but I’ve been thinking more and more about labour recently and I’m getting myself so anxious about the pain as this is my first baby! I don’t do even do well during a smear 🤣 I am so far just down to have a natural birth but obviously if anything changes I’m fine has anyone got any advice?

Realizing I’ve failed my kids..

I don’t do well with pills..so I took prenatal gummies with both pregnancies..i didn’t have an iron issue with my first, now I do with my second, mind you it’s the same gummy vitamin brand..my glucose is also high & based off my urine samples, it has been high since February ..it was never brought up as being elevated during my appointments..but my levels weren’t high with my first..I’m actually very upset because now I’m realizing my first child’s brain didn’t develop all the way it should’ve (has speech problems) because I wasn’t told to take additional iron supplements or that iron isn’t in prenatal gummies & now I’m being told it’s low & I need them for the remainder of this pregnancy as if it’s going to help this babies brain tremendously with only 11 weeks left…feeling very regretful tbh..

Secret

This is my second pregnancy and I’m really struggling with keeping it a secret. I’m 6 weeks 5 days pregnant and I just want to chat to the mum groups I’m in about stuff that’s going on but we aren’t telling anyone yet!

Finding it a massive struggle. I honestly can’t remember it being this hard with my first pregnancy! Can’t wait for the 12 week scan.

Just for fun: am I carrying higher or lower this pregnancy compared to last?

Flying at 31 weeks

For those of you who have flown while 31 weeks, how did you find it? (Holiday was booked before we found out and it’s for my child’s 18th birthday) thanks ☺️

Baby turning 2

Is everyone else so emotional about their babies turning 2? It feels like they were born just yesterday! Our little girl turns 2 on the 29th April and honestly i have been a mess! Its so emotional. I feel like the time is going so fast! I am also 16 weeks pregnant expecting our boy in October and honestly the pregnancy hormones are not helping😂.
