I called up and changed my scan date on the 14th because I had limited availability. I then received a letter for the original appointment, dated before the phone call. I’ve not had a new letter with the new appointment on it and it’s tomorrow. Should I be worried it’s not gone through or is it standard to not send a letter since it was confirmed on the phone? I’m in Cornwall for context.

I won’t worry it should still go ahead. I haven’t had any new letters for appointments I’ve rearranged over the phone

I received all my appointment letters after they happened, the only way I knew about them was because my midwife was great! I'd assume the new date is all good!

Ignore the letter. Its been changed. If its a physical letter NHS send things via 2nd class post so its probably in the post if it was even sent. I got all my appointment letter via a portal. I just got a text saying a new one was there. Except my emergency scans I just got told to turn up at 8am and on a specific day ( between 1 to 3 days after being told I needed a scan). I never got a letter on the portal for them
