Eat first thing, it’s so hard to but it really does help. It keeps the nausea at bay, just drink and eat little and often

Hi all! I found out I was pregnant yesterday (23rd April) with my first, and my due date is Christmas Day🎄 just wanted to introduce myself, offer my congratulations to everyone else too. This is the bundle I surprised my fiancé with 🥹❤️

I am 19 weeks and 4 days …

This is my first full term pregnancy but I’ve been pregnant prior. My last pregnancy was a miscarriage and this is my rainbow baby. I feel like I’m small but I think I’m just telling myself that.

Weight gain

Hello!! So im 25 weeks pregnant and I already haved gained 23lbs, which my doctor suggested to go on a diet and watch out for what I eat. I am in the heavy side. When I got pregnant I was 225lbs. I know I was overweight, but I had always weight heavy due to muscle and bone weight plus im tall. I went through a tough time in my life which lead to depression and anxiety, that caused my to gained weight rapidly. Anyway, I have been in a diet ( gestational diabetes diet) that consists on high protein/ low carb diet. I have been exercising plus I work on my feet for 8hrs constantly moving and I weight my self today thinking that I would loose at lease 5 pound and nothing I gained 1 pound more which make me sad. I dont know what else to do. My OB say that I have a big baby, but she is afraid that I would have GD and if im have a bigger bmi that I would have a high risk pregnancy. Im scared

Second child, no epidural, no tears no stitches…just trying to gauge how long everyone waited. It’s been about a month so far…looking forward to you all sharing…
