I’m on the waiting list to have my only frozen embryo transferred and I’m already feeling nervous.
It’s my one and only chance of having a sibling for my little boy so I feel like there’s a lot of pressure.
Can anyone please give me any tips on what I can do to help increase the chances of this working especially as it’s probably not the highest quality embryo to have.

No tips or tricks for you (genuinely don’t believe any of them work and I’d say I tried every single one) but I had 11 frozen embryos, we transferred them in best to worst quality order - I fell pregnant every time but lost every single pregnancy to miscarriages. My miracle baby girl was my 11th and final embryo, she was a grade C and barely freezable but she’s the only one that made it and is absolutely perfect 💕 grading really isn’t everything!
