Days out with toddler & baby

Hi , I’m looking for places and things to do with my children. Don’t mind travelling but nothing more than 2 hours away.

Can be anything like swimming , parks , farms , zoo’s , or any events

Moorways sports village & water park in derby is brilliant! My 4 year old loves it there! Graves park makes a lovely day out with the free farm! Xxx

Unsettled at nursery- NEED ADVICE

Ladies, I am having a massive meltdown here😂 my 15 month old has been going to nursery since January. She does 2 days a week, starting with half days and now doing full days and has been since around March (08:30am - 5pm).

I’ve just got off the phone with the nursery and they have suggested putting her back to half days as she is having more bad days than good.

I have had a massive meltdown, feeling like I am failing her and missing something. She is such a smiley, happy girl when she’s at home and with her grandparents the other 3 days in the week.

I really felt like we were making progress and are now taking a step back (I am probably being over Emotional here).

I do work full time but I am in a very fortunate positions where she doesn’t NEED to go to nursery but we always wanted her to go for social skills etc.

Has anyone experienced this and have any advice?

Baby blues/ PPD

I don’t know why I’m jealous of my fiancé I wanted this baby for so long and I finally got her but some morning I wake up and I’m angry or annoyed he can just get up and go take a ride or run errands I be needing a break but I feel so guilty because I’ve prayed for so long of this beautiful baby….I know how it sounds and I’m sure my fiancé wouldn’t mind keeping her so I can get out the house for a while… but it still makes me feel like I’m missing out….i don’t think I would miss my old self so much…. This labor hasn’t been the easiest healing and I think a lot of that has really taken his toll on me an what I was expecting it’s been hard to see myself going through all of this and physically know I will be okay…today is just hard to see over the rainbow

Holiday tips NEEDED!

I am going to Spain in June with my (will be) 12mo and 4yo. I haven’t been abroad in ages and never with the babies so I’m looking for some useful tips and tricks people have picked up that will make life a little easier.

We are in a hotel room at an all inclusive family friendly hotel. The 12mo is still really reliant on formula and doesn’t sleep well on the go.

Any tips are greatly appreciated

Lying at Three (3)

From what I've read, my daughter (3 years and two months old) is at the age where she is capable of lying to manipulate situations, but not capable of understanding that it's wrong or associating consequences. As a mother with autism, I have a particular sensitivity to dishonesty and I don't want her to feel the effect of that since it is not her fault.

How do we navigate this until she is able to understand? Do I continue to explain, or simply correct? Do I ignore it entirely?

Thank you.
