Sleep

I've started doing a bath, book, bottle and bed routine. My little girl goes down on her own after that

She is a big fan of her sleeping bag - I put this on her before the book. Once I've finished burping her, I pop her in the cot with Ewan the sheep (white noise) and she settles herself.

Sometimes slowly building a routine x

My daughter is both i can put her down and she will go or if i put the white noise machine on she fidgets for a few min and is gone x

Hell no😅 don't stress....they're still so young to be able to do this
