My baby used to have them multiple times a day in my tummy! To me they literally felt like hiccups myself. I could see them through my bump too. There was a repetitive pattern like our hiccups.
My little girl has them multiple times a day as well. She's head down and I always feel them like little repetitive jolts right down low.
