Goose egg bump
Has your toddler gotten these before from hitting themselves or falling off the bed or elsewhere and hit their head very hard? Were they fine? Did they get any symptoms and you had to go to the emergency room or was everything fine?

Id go to the emergency room and get baby checked out immediately if I were you
Need more details on what happened and if they're showing any worrying symptoms. That bump does look concerning, but that area is very prone to swelling when injured, so more context is needed. If they are showing concerning signs of confusion, unusual loss of balance, or unusual trouble staying awake definitely get them checked out.
