Post C-section.

So I’m 9 days PP today.
I’m still quite sore and heavy at my scar site. I daren’t bend to pick things up still & I’m still walking around the house/stairs slowly. Don’t feel comfortable unless I’m taking pain relief & also don’t want to leave the house as the car journey is way too bumpy & uncomfortable 😩
Is anyone else at a similar stage?
Does this all sound normal?

This was normal for me. I didn’t start feeling much better until 2 weeks. I’m 19 days post op and still have moments where my pain feels worse. I did go on car journeys which did hurt slightly but nothing like the car journey home x

Sounds completely normal, it was only after 2 weeks I felt like I was walking more normally and not needing pain relief. You've had a major operation, give yourself time...I am now 5 weeks post-op and feeling pretty much normal, just weaker ab muscles still taking it easy though. Recovery will come xx

Walking while holding baby

Did you find it difficult to hold your baby while walking or carrying your baby around after a C section.

Does this sound like early signs of pregnancy?

I have a 20 month old (just turned on thr 26th) and ive been having a few symptoms of early pregnancy.
I don't remember much of my pregnancy with my first as I was so dazed all the time!

I think I've just convinced myself I'm not pregnant (I'm on the implant) but some part of me thinks I really really am😂
I haven't taken a pregnancy test yet, but in the next week I will be.

•Weird pinching feeling which is sharp
•Sore boob's
•Being more energetic
•Constipation!!!
•Gaining weight
And just overall a gut feeling. I'm kind of hoping I am, as we're ready to bring another baby into the world but I don't want to get myself excited and get really sad if the test comes back negative :(

Is it normal to say you’d like a vaginal birth with epidural but plan for c section if any complications arise or need for inductions?

Struggling with GD

Hi ladies, any tips on how to control your diet. I’m in the process of getting layed off from work and dealing with gestational diabetes via diet control. It’s been tough since I usually crave sugar especially during stressful times.

Baby movement

I’m 34+4 and only feels my baby move only on my lower abdomen and puts pressure on my bladder. I don’t even know how to explain it. Is it normal?
