Are there any groups to help when your partner is high functioning autistic.

I'm just so frustrated at my partners lack of emotional or affection anymore, and know he's more on the Asperger's scale, but not sure how much I can let things continue and slide on that...

I contacted them for help with my 2 grown up foster sons that are both autistic hope they can give you some help to
