Eczema in the summer

My LO ‘s skin is always dry but in the last 5 day her arms get irritated till the point that she can’t sleep at night because of the itch. Don’t know if it is eczema. Any advice please?

Have you spoken to GP? My wee girl has eczema and when it flares up (usually from dairy), she will scratch all through the night and cry herself sore🥲 How often do you moisturise?
