My baby is 9 weeks old on Saturday and still haven’t had an appointment for his vaccines/our 6-8 weeks check, I keep chasing the doctors. Has anyone else had this problem?

I know this probably sounds really obvious, but is baby actually registered with GP? I know someone who had this issue and she didn't realise that baby had to be registered with GP as an individual, she thought it happened automatically once midwives had discharged her and she moved to health visitor. So neither her nor baby got booked for 6 weeks check because of it.
I had to book the appointments they didn't just get sent automatically
