It’s very common as your hormones usually don’t return to normal levels until a year pp. However, if you’re soaking through a max absorbency pad/tampon within an hour, or passing clots larger than a 50p coin that is not normal and you should book a gp appointment x

Is this an awful thing to say?

I’m going through post partum anxiety and my partner hasn’t been great at all. I have been crying to him about supporting me more and he said “I can’t deal with this I better end things with you now as you’ll be even worse when you hit menopause” he said this in a serious tone. I’m 27 and I asked him why would he say that and he said he has to think of his future too
