Formula

Just looking for some advice - my boy has been on Kendamil since birth - he’s 7 weeks 5 days, he takes his bottles absolutely fine but he struggles with his wind. Unless he has infacol with each feed he’ll barely bring up his wind. Debating whether to make a switch maybe this one is too thick for him? What’s everyone else’s thoughts x

formula babies tend to be very gassy as formula is heavy and harder to digest so it’s creates gas. mine is the same!

try also randomly burping them through the day (every hour or so) you’d be surprised how much air comes up even when they haven’t eaten!🤣

My boy is also 7 weeks and 5 days and on kendamilk and is a windy boy! (Birthday twins yay)
We have infacol, anti colic bottles and we burp him halfway through a bottle and he also burps when hes just sat up being bounced. We asked the health visitor about it and they said to just make sure that the bottles are being made correctly and to keep the bottle horizontal when feeding so he controls the air flow. Hope this helps!

I found changing from Kendamil Classic to Organic worked wonders for my girl, before that she had bad wind that wouldn’t come up and was also only pooing once a day and really struggling when she was going x

My little boy is 8'weeks today, switched to kendamil at 3 weeks- he rarely burps, comes out the bottom end more - hes 100% tho and not uncomfortable with wind.

Is baby uncomfortable with wind? If they are otherwise fine id personally continue with kendamil and infacol!

I did the same with my first he was on kendamil and uncomfortable with wint and the infacol helped, and then i just started to reduce the infacol until he was grand without it x
