Birthing ball

I am 27 weeks pregnant I just wondered what is the actual point of birthing balls and who is using one . Any recommendations for one please

By the end of my first pregnancy the birthing ball was the only thing that was comfortable to sit on!

They are worth having, It was the only thing I found comfortable during labour both times

I used mine a lot to keep my hips moving in my first pregnancy. I've not used it as much in my second, maybe a handful of times but I think I will probably use it a bit more when labour starts

Thankyou when did you start using them ?? Any recommendations on the size and brand please

One and done guilt

My son is nearly 2 and we have decided we are one and done. I know I couldn’t cope with 2 (or more) kids, I am autistic and can’t cope well with noise/being touched all the time/general chaos. But I feel so sad for him that he won’t have a sibling. He is getting to the age where he wants to play with other kids now, we were just at the park and he wanted to play with a pair of siblings but they only wanted to play with each other and I feel so guilty and sad. Age is not on my side to be able to wait until he’s older to have another child. Does anyone else feel like this.
