My baby is in day care and they keep putting her in a bouncer. Is this not restraining her? They also put her in it to sleep.

Isn't it a legal requirement that they have floor beds for children to sleep in, with their own blanket?

That is not safe sleep guidance. They have very recently changed the guidance for all childcare settings. Raise a safeguarding speak to the manager speak to Ofsted but I would not let my child go there that is very worrying:(
