How’s your toddler behaviour usually?

Mine has become very bossy and pushy. She was not like this earlier but now what ever I say she will not do it. If I insist she will start crying instantly, throwing herself on floor until I do exactly as she says. It has to be her way all the time. Like yesterday she wanted to sleep in her baby blanket, which she’s outgrown, so I put it on her, but midnight when she woke up and I subconsciously pulled her in my blanket she threw a tantrum in the middle of the night asking to put her back in her baby blanket in the same direction/position/place as I did earlier when I put her to sleep. It has become an everyday struggle to get her things done. Also she is very methodical. Remembering tiny things we don’t remember usually and want it exactly the same way like it was done earlier. Like brushing teeth in morning before peeing, coming downstairs afterwards being picked up by me only. She will not come down on her own or by dad. Every little thing is like a ritual to her.

Just wondering are all April babies (Aries) bossy/pushy and methodical?

My daughter is very similar, she doesn’t have a lot of tantrums, but I’ve noticed they’re starting to become more frequent. She is very bossy demanding very switched on clever can communicate very well and takes note of everything like you say. She does like a routine which I worried about at one point but what toddler doesn’t. We try to not give in to her every demand which I know is easier said than done. I’m pregnant with second so I’m trying to be a bit stricter for example if im downstairs dad can bring her down I’m not doming back up bcos I may not be available with baby. She is extremely loving kind and caring as much as she is very sassy I think three may be harder than two but I do think we have to hold some consistent boundaries as I think they’re really trying to test but know you’re not alone

Baby 4 days old

All my baby does is sleep the last 2 days, he wakes for breast milk every 2-3 hours and may stay awake for 5-10 minutes after. He has slight jaundice but the midwife wasn’t concerned. Nothing keeps him awake, is this normal?

Sleep training

Any recos on sleep training? Baby only does contact naps, doesn’t like sleeping on her own and isn’t soothing herself back to sleep everytime I try to get her to nap on her own. I’ve tried warm clothes and mattress, keeping my tshirt next to her till she falls asleep, white noise is always on. Baby is 3.5 months rn and I go back to work next week.

Baby wants boobs all the time

I'm 4.5 weeks postpartum and baby just seems to wants to be on my breasts all the time especially in the evening. As such, we tend to give her some pumped breast milk as that would satisfy her for awhile. It also seems someone else would need to hold her otherwise she continues to root and wanting my breasts but would otherwise stop if someone else held her. Is this normal? I'm doubting myself if she is feeding efficiently and so I tend to pump a bit more often so I can see how much she is taking but it is tiring to do combo feeding. She has at least 6 wet nappies in a day but her weight growth is a bit slower.

Drinking whilst breastfeeding

Is it safe to have a glass of wine whilst breast feeding or not? Some people say it’s fine others say differently

Night feeds

How does everyone cope with night feeds? My baby is 4 weeks old, and is formula / bottle fed. Generally wakes every 3 hours for his feed. Thank you!

I cannot lay him down

Any time I try to hand my son to someone or lay him down he screams and cries even when I give him to his father. It's usually okay if he can see me but the second I try to go out of the room to get something done he just screams inconsolably. Nothing is working. I need help
