UK toy companies

Hi all, I’m looking to get my little girl a baby doll for her birthday this year. She is absolutely mad about babies and dolls and always gravitates towards them at groups etc, I think she’d love a baby of her own.

I really want to try and shop local - is anyone aware of any UK companies that make baby dolls? I can find sort of the cloth ones etc but I was hoping to find a “lifelike” baby doll if at all possible.
