All the same things you would if baby wasn't high risk. Things you need before, after and during labour. Things you need to stay in hospital for a few days, things you need to care for baby in hospital. If you think they might come early have a set/couple sets of tiny baby clothes and nappies ready. Have your birth plan/preferences ready and maybe have some preferences around if baby is early and discuss some of the choices you might have in that scenario.
