Hey ladies, came to triage at 39+5 for reduced movements and they’ve said the default is to now recommend induction (baby fine movement is now ok). Not yet decided what to do but need some positive induction stories to ease my mind if anyone has any xx

I had a great experience! Was induced at 40+4 due to my blood pressure being higher than usual.
My waters were broken at 8pm, then they started me on pitocin at 10:30pm and I got epidural at the same time. Slept all though the night (with occasional wake ups so the midwife could check me). I was then woken up at 5am and told I’m pretty much ready, baby girl was born at 6:11am. As I got to sleep most of the night before she was born, I had so much energy during the day and felt great!
I’m now 36 weeks pregnant with my second and am hoping for the same birth as I felt so good last time.
