Being accused and needing to vent.
Just received a message this morning from my son's father saying the apparently I have been in his house and stolen a lot of money from him which I haven't. He is threatening to not give me our son back tomorrow unless I give him this money which I haven't taken.
He is a very toxic person and I have had abuse from him for over 6 years and last year I finally left him and i have only recently started to move on with my life and I'm guessing he doesn't like it even though he has moved on with his life and has had another baby. I have been thinking of going to the police recently about what he is doing and the harassment that I am getting from him but scared of what he might do when he finds out.

If you guys have a parenting plan, then legally, he hast to give you your son back. But if you do not, I would go ahead and go start getting that stuff in order because he can have your son as long as he wants if you don’t have a parenting plan in place.
Have you ever gone to the police when you were with him?
Call the police, then you can get a restraining order to prevent him doing anything
