Body preparing or early labour?

I’m currently 35 weeks with my third baby. At my midwife appointment last week I was told baby’s heads engaged and she’d be surprised if I make it to my next appointment on the 13th. I felt fine at this appointment and didn’t realise baby was engaged. I’m absolutely terrified now and maybe overthinking every little twinge.

For the past few days I have felt increased cervical pressure and lightenings. I’ve been losing little bit of mucus from about 32 weeks. My bump has dropped significantly and I’m absolutely exhausted, to the point I’m waking up from a nap and ready for another. I’ve also been having a lot more braxton hicks, off and on period like cramps and lower back pain. There hasn’t been any tightening when I’ve been having my cramps.

Am I just over thinking it all and getting myself stressed for no reason? I can’t remember the build up to labour with my other children

How engaged? ?/5
Babies can stay engaged for ages! My oldest was engaged 2/5 for WEEKS and my midwife said to me the next time she saw me I’d most likely have a baby.. I ended up having a C-section because boy comfy down there 🤣 (he was that low they had to rag him out my pelvis with forceps)
To add I also had all them symptoms 😅 unfortunately doesn’t mean anything , baby will come when they’re ready to come

How is everyone?

Now that all the March babies have been born, I just wondered how everyone was doing?
Me personally, I have good days and bad days but I would say overall mostly good! 8 weeks pp, csection, all healed well and my boy is changing everyday!
I think the hardest thing for me is accepting my new body shape. Ive ordered some clothes that I hope help me bring a bit of confidence back

BMI question

I'm currently 12 weeks into my very first pregnancy and had my initial midwife appointment a few weeks ago. The 'consultant' told me that my BMI was slightly over 30 so there were additional things I needed to do such a weight management course so that I dont put on loads of weight - which has really scared me.
Just wondered if theres anyone else who's been through this and if baby was born ok?

Body preparing

I’m 32 weeks. Baby has started to drop and get in position, mucus plug is coming away, Braxton hicks and increase in back pain. This is baby number 2 and definitely feels like my body is getting ready. Now the long wait to see if I’ve still got the full two months to go 😂 if anything, these signs are just telling me to get the house and bags ready because there’s only so long it can be put off 😂
