Too early to tell people?

So this is my 2nd pregnancy. During my first pregnancy I was TERRIFIED to tell anyone about the baby until after the anatomy scan 😅 (my husband calls me worst case scenario girl, because that exactly where my brain always goes).
Now I’m here 6w (tomorrow) and I want to tell everyone!!
I have my first app next Thursday, and i definitely want to wait until after that.
I’m just so confused why I wanna be an open book for this pregnancy when I was the exact opposite for my first. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Each one is so different! I miscarried in March and ended up telling my family I was pregnant and in the process of losing in the same phone call. This pregnancy I told everyone practically as soon as the test was positive because I want to celebrate this pregnancy for as long as it lasts; which is hopefully until baby is born healthy!

Tell them if you want to. With both first and second we told around 8 ish weeks because that’s when we had our first ultrasound. With this baby I’m waiting longer. Maybe until out of the first trimester idk. Our families know but eveyone else doesn’t. So that’s totally up to you. For us we told our family because we would have told them if anything happened so it didn’t matter when we told them

I am waiting until beginning of second trimester. If you don’t have history of miscarriages I think that’s perfectly fine!
