Ear defenders

We will be travelling when my baby is 8 weeks. Are ear defenders recommended on the plane?

I haven't flown with baby but I don't think you would need ear defenders, I have seen people suggest to try to feed baby on take off and landing though to help with the pressure change. I hope that helps

Travelling by plane aswell this week first time with baby we bought ear defenders unfortunately you do need to practise with them before having it on or it distresses them . Also what i got told helps more is feeding during take off and landing x
