Constipation
Anyone else got awful constipation after c section
I'm 14 days pp only but I got so scared bc on day 4 I literally could not go, but it was there, and I think I caused some damage bc it was super super painful.
Is anyone else on laxatives if so which ones do you take??

The hospital prescribed lactoluse for me before I was discharged. I took it for about 2 weeks which was when I started to feel more comfortable with pooping. It works really quickly so definitely recommend asking your gp x
I 2nd lactulose I just took it till my scar was healed nicely
I had this too and distended my bowel the first time I managed to go. Hospital also gave me lactulose
