Music playing in head
Does anyone else have a song almost always playing in their head? I dont know how normal this is lol and thought about it today. Not meaning that i'm singing it but its always playing in the background in quiet times/when no other music is on etc 🫠

My earworm atm is Sweet Harmony- The Beloved.
Can’t get it out my head, even if it’s quiet in the house. My brain is going constantly and that song features multiple times a day.
This is common in neurdivergent people. You do what you will with that info.
If I wake up and there’s a song in my head, I cant get back to sleep, it’s like an internal alarm 🥲
Constantly, like not a second’s break, and not in a fun way it’s fucking exhausting. It’s a song on top of a million overlapping thoughts
