Question about hospital bag
Im going to have c section in a few weeks, but I don’t have any idea if I need to take the below list with myself to hospital Or if the hospital will provide me?
1. Compression Socks
2. Breast pump
3. Belly band for post surgery
4. Lactulose

They can provide compression socks and lactulose, you won’t need a breast pump for the first bit of colostrum but most hospitals have one you can use if your hospital stay is extended x
I think it’s hospital dependent.
My last C-section I didn’t have compression socks , they used these inflatable sleeve things 🤷🏼♀️
They don’t recommend belly bands after C-sections
They don’t give any form of laxative (or pain relief) you have to provide your own
Can’t help with breast pump side of things sorry.
I took a Medela hospital grade breast pump home for a few months from my hospital. Really hoping to do the same again 🙏🏼
