First trimester weight gain and exhaustion

Anyone else struggled with weight gain and not exercising first trimester? I’m currently 9 weeks and excellent fitness before getting pregnant. 6am spin classes, running etc. for the last three weeks I’ve barely worked out, I’ve done one pilates class and one run. I’m just so exhausted, particularly as I commute over an hour 5 days a week as a nurse.
Additionally, I know I’m not eating well, constant nausea has me eating nothing but cheese and carbs and I feel rotten.
Anyone else going through this?!
I’m truly hoping second trimester hits and I finally feel slightly human again!

Give yourself a break - you're growing a human!

I ran 50-60 miles a week before pregnancy. I had to give up running in my second trimester because of the exhaustion. I'm now 9 weeks postpartum and I ran 5 miles this morning 😊

You can get back to fitness after the baby

Went for 38 week check up

They found sugar in my urine … what does this mean? Is it bad?

Shaving legs

At how many weeks did you stop shaving your legs? Or when did it become too much of a task? For me it’s officially 26 weeks/27 weeks. It’s too much to bend. Unless you have any ideas of how to shave them then let me know!!! It’s having the back pain, and my bladder is sensitive so anytime I even slightly bend I pee and sometimes more than I expected

Valid annoyance?

My uniform at work was too big for me before I was pregnant (I was due to order new ones after loosing weight but found out I was pregnant so kept them), so I feel like I wasn’t ’showing’ to a lot of people at work.

I’m now 33 weeks pregnant and look very obviously pregnant and I’m sick of someone every day saying “wow baby has come out of no where” “you’re so big now, it’s come from no where” “wow you’re really showing”.

I even had “are you sure there’s not 3 babies in there?”.

I just feel like it’s so rude that people keep commenting on my body, just because I’m having a baby, surely that doesn’t give people the right?! It’s also upsetting as I don’t feel my best atm anyway so people daily telling me this is dragging me down but I’m not sure if it’s me being too sensitive or not?!

TTC baby number 2

My daughter is 21 months and I want to start trying for baby 2 after she turns 2. How long did it take everyone to conceive for second baby?

Struggling!

30+6 with my first baby and wow .. I seem to have hit a wall, mentally and emotionally. Have been struggling with PGP since about 15 weeks but thought I had gotten into a bit of a rhythm with it, but this week everything seems to be going wrong.
Struggling with the sudden surge of emotions and feelings of stress with work (secondary teacher) and just all round feeling a bit rubbish.
Is this normal? Desperately trying to enjoy the last stretch of pregnancy but finding it difficult!
Any suggestions of stress relievers whilst still working?
