Periods PP?

So I’ve had my periods since I gave birth in November last year come at the start of every month usually 3rd-6th each month been pretty regular! I’m now six months PP and I’m a day late? Negative pregnancy tests but there’s like 100% chance I’m not pregnant is it normal for them to change again? I deffo had a massive hormone shift again a couple weeks ago and my hair has started to grow back etc
