Annual leave from work
If I was working 5 days a week before maternity leave and accured 50 days annual leave but return to only do 2 days a week. How does that leave my annual leave? Will I essentially lose a lot of it?

I would personally extend mat leave with the allowance from the holiday allowance year you were off
I would ask if your work could pay you a day of annual leave per week as extra to your two days so you can use it up and be paid for three days a week. You’d think they’d prefer you back rather than taking off a big chunk and using all that leave?
If you’ve accrued it you can use it.
I went down from 5 days to 2 and took my years worth of annual leave at the rate of 2 days a week. It lasted me 3 months!
