I have been ttc for about 3 years now, with no luck no at all. I am now 30 and worried it won’t happen at all. Any tips on things you’ve taken to help get you pregnant?

Hi! I am also 30 and am pregnant with my first. Letrozole 7.5 mg with monitoring and a trigger shot, mucinex, pre-seed, and daily meditation were all the things I did on the cycle when I finally got pregnant. I hope this helps! Wishing you the best 🥹🤍

We just kept trying. We've been trying for roughly 4 years. I'm in my late 30s. If it's meant to be it'll happen girlie. Praying for you!<3

Have you been refereed for tests to see if there is anything preventing you becoming pregnant? Possibility of IVF discussed?

Talk to your GP. You can typically get a prescription for Letrazole or Clomid if you are having trouble conceiving (you've been trying for three years so you should have no trouble at all with the length of time). A lot of the time, that is enough; if it isn't, you can be referred for a fertility consultation. They will discuss options with you, not just IVF but also IUI (Intra-uterine insemination) and other alternatives, typically the least invasive first.
There is also testing that can be done during all of this; your anti-mullerian hormone levels can estimate the amount and quality of your egg reserve, and your partner can get sperm testing done. These kinds of tests can be helpful because they will direct you to the right treatment. If your partner, for example, has a high sperm count but not so great quality, you may be a good candidate for IUI because they will specifically select the best quality sperm and greatly streamline the process.
