I’ve seen a lot of moms say they shouldn’t have packed certain things in their hospital bags or bought/put certain things on their registry because the hospital is a great resource. As a first time mom i’m trying to worry about less and save as much $$ as possible. Thank you beautiful mamas!

the hospital i went to (in GA) provided diapers, wipes, swaddles, peri bottle, pads, dermaplast, formula, baby aquaphor, pacifiers, and a belly band!! im probably forgetting stuff but i felt very supported and didn't want for anything!

I would recommend calling your hospital or asking locally because it varies.
Mine gave us swaddles, shirts, diapers, pacifiers, giant and medium pads, disposable underwear, tucks pads, nipple cream, dermoplast spray. They also would provide feeding supplies if I hadn't been able to breastfeed.

I didn’t need anything besides clothes and some toiletries! The hospital provided literally everything else. I brought some really nice comfy adult diapers that I didn’t NEED but def preferred over the pads/disposable underwear they provided. That was really the only thing I used besides my clothing/toiletries. And a going home outfit for baby

They gave me extra long pads, disposable diapers, dermoplast spray, a peri bottle, tucks pads, diapers, formula, pacifiers & nose sucker that we didn’t keep
