Wake up every morning with cramp in my calf (sometimes both at the same time). Dr google says it’s a common symptom, but it’s become a daily thing now and it’s excruciating.
Any tips to reduce it happening?

Same! It is really common like you said.
Some ladies in my pregnancy yoga class have recommended magnesium sprays or balms that you can put on at night, or eating a banana before bed.
I haven’t tried either yet personally, but I’m so aware of the cramps as soon as I wake up that I’m automatically doing stretches to ease the pain

I've started taking 1x 300mg magnesium supplement about 30 mins before I go to bed and I usually have a banana either before I go to sleep or in the night (as I often wake up hungry!). I have had very few leg cramps this pregnancy so far and remember I had more with my son and wasn't doing these things, so take that as you will!! Hoping it's making a bit of a difference. I mainly started taking the magnesium supplement as a sleep aid as have been really struggling with insomnia and it has had a positive impact on my nervous system and general feeling of calm for sure, so reducing cramps is just a secondary benefit for me anyway!

I seem to have developed a habit over time to stretch my feet and calves the wrong way around and it triggers awful cramps since pregnant. Last one I had the pain lasted 3 days after the cramp. I now force myself to stretch my toes and ankle the other way as often as possible when in bed and I’m surviving like this so far it works for me.

Staying hydrated and up posstasuim was recommended my gp x
