I am very lucky to have a gorgeous daughter, I’ve undergone 4 rounds of egg freezing and for a good year and a half I made a lot of lifestyle changes.
One day I would love an opportunity to have a second baby, my amh is really low for my age (I was 33 last month and my amh is 1.3 pmol) but the idea of giving up things I love makes me miserable (getting my nails done, running, having a couple of glasses of wine every week, scented candles and bubble baths, FABRIC SOFTENER) I guess I was wondering if anyone had good embryo outcomes without giving up everything.
I understand logically if I’m not ready to just wait but annoyingly, time is not on my side so I was hoping there might be some success stories 😅

If I’m being completely honest I don’t think I’ve made any lifestyle changes while going through IVF and im currently pregnant with my second IVF miracle. Don’t get me wrong I’ve made a conscious effort to maybe eat better and rest more when I was going through the egg retrieval and embryo transfers but apart from that I’m living my life as I normally would. I know some people swear by doing things to give yourself a better chance but I’m a firm believer if it’s meant to be it will be ❤️
