Perfectly safe. Probably once a day is fine.

It was suggested to me that I avoid fake sugars in pregnancy. Liquid IV also makes a normal version, I drink that all the time.

I used liquid iv about twice a day during my first pregnancy due to how badly I was getting dehydrated. Its safe to use the regular one even with the sugar in it

I used to drink it daily when I was pregnant, the normal version not sugar free. I researched it before taking and decided it would be ok

Only once a day I think is recommended.

Currently having my glucose test

Blehhhhh I do not remember it tasting that bad last time 🤢🤢🤢 felt so sick in those last couple mouthfuls 🙈

Now stuck with the 2 hour wait 😴 I don't think I'll have GD, I didn't with my son, typically I get dizzy if I've not had any sugar for a while too and my sugars have been known to be low so probably all fine.

How is everyone else doing today? I definitely just can't wait for this all to be over now 😅

Anyone else really anxious about something happening to baby . I'm so paranoid on this one this is my 3rd pregnancy and constantly reading into every twinge and checking everytime I go to the toilet. I have my 12 week scan on Friday and I'm so nervous there's going to be something wrong :(

Food poisoning 3rd trimester...

Hi all,
I am very anxious and of course went down a rabbit hole of Google which I know is never good, but my anxiety didn't let me just sit and distract myself.
I made a very stupid decision an let my husband talk me into eating steak we were questioning if was good. It looked like it was just oxidization as the middle was still red but I had my doubts. Which ended up being correct. I ate 1/3 of my steak before I got a bite that was absolutely rancid and I cannot even describe the taste. It was horrible. I automatically spit it out but freaked out because I ate 1/3 of the steak prior to this... I am 34.5 weeks and spoke with my obgyn about it and she said while there's nothing they could do right now to call tomorrow or later this week if GI symptoms get worse or I develop a fever. (Have off and on cramps and threw up once but may have just been my anxiety because that is common with my anxiety and I feel okay now) I'm just absolutely petrified of if this will affect my baby if I do end up with food poisoning.... anyone's experiences are welcome, good, bad, anything. Im just spiraling and don't like not knowing what could happen. I am being induced 2 weeks from Friday and just petrified something could happen to her before then....

How’s everyone doing? I’m currently contemplating life as my baby has managed to bruise my ribcage and I’m also dealing with the worlds worst pelvic girdle at the same time🥰
