12 week blood test

Just got my blood test results back from my 12 week scan. I just got a letter in the post no phone call and the letter doesn’t mention anything but I’ve googled all the results to check what they were ect and I have low HCG and low PAPP-A. Really freaking out 😞

I believe they only tend to ring if there’s a concern they’ve flagged. I was always told a letter over a phone call was good news! Get in contact with your local midwife if you have any concerns. Hope all is okay xxx
