Hi! I'm a stay at home mom of one almost 2 year old. I feel more pain than I ever did pre pregnancy (ribs, chest, upper back, shoulders, lower back, legs, arms, lol) and I wonder how much of it is related to picking her up on and off all day, putting her in and our of carseat/crib, etc. It is usually mild and comes and goes, but still worries me sometimes. She is a big girl, tall (35 inches), about 30 pounds. Do any other moms experience this??? I have health anxiety so feeling more pain always amps up my anxiety. 😥

Do you happen to weight train? I noticed a huge difference in my body aches once I started becoming more active and lifting regularly.

My husband and I just invested in some at home gym equipment, I only have used it a couple times but need to get much better at doing so! So you're telling me there's hope?? Haha

There’s definitely hope! If we don’t challenge our muscles regularly then they don’t really work the way we need. Plus studies have shown that people who regularly workout in their 20s/30s have an easier time when they become older! So either way it’s a plus for the future and present. I hope you start feeling better soon!
