Formula feed

I’ve just put my 4 weeks old baby on teat 1 after being on teat P (premature baby teat ) and he’s spitting up/ throwing up more after feeds any advice will be helpful

My twins are 6 week premature babies and are now 9.5 months now but corrected at 8 months corrected and we were part on the NICU team

When the boys were around 6.5 months (5 months corrected) we had a weaning course with the NICU dietitian and I mentioned that one of the twins had started spitting up after feeding since moving up to the size 2 teats and she suggested going back down a teat (which i wasnt going to do as the feeds were taking me 40 minutes to an hour EACH which I just couldn't keep doing) so she then suggested paced feeding so that might help x
