Crochet hand pain

I’m starting to get hand pain while crocheting but don’t want to stop.

Does anyone have any recommendations for compression socks or hand/thumb brace

Definitely look up crochet/knitting hand stretches and take regular breaks. I wouldn’t suggest doing more than 6-7 hours a day in total. I’ve used compression gloves before but didn’t find that they helped

I have a cyst so I have to take breaks and not over work my wrist. Also I hold it knife style. I never had pain. Look at your flow with your hands and wrist. See if your straining to hold the yarn or hook. Also if you have arthritis it’s different. So many possibilities

I use these ones. Sometimes I double up with a wrist brace in bad days.
