birth plan

I'm 37+3 and haven't yet filled out the birth plan form my midwife gave me, I know what I want but the form is just so vague I dont know what is meant to go where! i plan on asking my midwife at my next appointment if she can give me a bit of guidance but I'm wondering if its worth writing everything up without using the form or if they only really pay attention to the form

I’m pregnant my mom said I shouldn’t be tired I’m about to have 2 kids and don’t need more than one lazy day. Thoughts?

Oh and I got diagnosed with prenatal depression but she skips over that lol

To add lazy day to me is us just staying in..? It’s also raining so like 😒

Growth scan for 32-33 weeks

I had my growth scan and didn’t get the new I was hoping for my baby is measuring smaller 3lbs 12 oz I want to know if any other moms are experiencing this as well or how much your babies are averaging at 32 weeks 5days I would love the support 💕

40+4 sweep

So I had my sweep this morning and midwife said I’m 3-4cm and soft. Since then I’ve had a lot of pressure down below and on off cramps with no real pattern and then tonight I’ve had brown / deep red discharge which I’m thinking is my mucus plug plus some blood in the discharge too. I currently have dull period pains and tightening not sure when to call triage or go in

Is this normal?

Sorry if this is tmi but I birth 11 weeks ago. I finally stopped bleeding 2 weeks ago and my period started yesterday. I know the first cycle after delivery is always the worst but I don’t know if this is normal. I’m bleeding through my ultra sized tampons within 2-3 hours. Like bleeding through my pants level and when I take them out, it’s just running out of me like a faucet. Is this normal?

Chantelle and Rhys. Maybe thinking of names that start with C or R, include "elle" or "eese" or "y".....

Any suggestions?
