Tbh I still haven’t been out with myn. She’s only 9 Days old

I have been out but only for brief periods and it has taken it out of me hibernating with lots of fluids and fans personally think it's too much but I don't cope well with the heat even when not pregnant never mind 39 weeks and 2 days xx

sounds similar to me. I’ve been out in short bursts for about 20 mins at a time. Just had a cold bath which was lovely !

Yeah I can't hack it I'll be honest I think I would literally be sick if I pushed for more haha x

I am still going out on little walks or to the shops, i’m actually okay. But the nights before falling asleep are abit annoying hard to find rest 😩

I went to town shopping yesterday and it got too much for me. Had to go sit in my car whilst my mum finished shopping 🙈

Ive been out for about 45 mins but im in Scotland so our heatwave is only 20 degrees 🤣
