Hospital bag for c section

I had my first via c section at 38 weeks and he was 7’2 and he was in newborn which was hanging off him!
I am expecting my section at the moment to be 37/38 weeks, so will pack mostly newborn again, maybe some up to 1 month after last time. At the moment, she’s measuring exactly the same as my son was

I was told I’ll probably have a c section due to some complications. So, I bought some premature clothes and I packed them in my hospital bag(fingers crossed I won’t need them), then some newborn clothes. My baby is currently measuring small, hence why I bought the premature clothes

What percentile is classed as small? My baby was 58% centile at 28 weeks I'm now 30 weeks so waiting on 32 week scan
