If you’re not breastfeeding have a look into “3d power sculpt” it’s a machine that delivers 20 thousand crunches in 30 minutes. No side affects and results are immediate

Easy. Start walking around with your baby in a stroller or go to the gym.

The only thing you can do is be in a calorie deficit which requires attention to diet and engaging in exercise.

Omg same, just need to motivate yourself to meal prep and get to the gym. If you need a gym buddy, I’ll go đŸ˜© I need to get on the weight loss! X

I’ve seen many people lose weight from Keto. I’ve also seen many people lose weight from weightloss injections. If you’re going to use them PLEASE change your diet & exercise. Don’t be one of those people who don’t change their lifestyle and rely on weightloss drugs instead. Become the best healthiest version of yourself for your baby.

Some gyms have crĂšche for your baby to go to. đŸ«¶đŸœ

Go for walks every day, drink water, cut out snacks and just have 3 meals a day!

I feel this. I put on 100lbs! I do low carb and low sugar. I've taken off 50 and my son is 5 months old.

I walked 10k a day, his baby bounce sessions at the library at 10.30 3 days a week and then I’d go to mall/ikea/beach/zoo/museum and have my lunch and push him in pram while he napped 2hrs, w my bestie or another mum friend and we’d just, walk. Being out helps me reach my 10k easily. I also did a Pilates and Zumba class twice a week at 7pm for 2yrs. Then I switched over to salsa/bachata/kizomba lessons Tues and Fridays, I get dressed up for the Friday ones it’s become my social life. I lost 44lbs in 14m PP. Take up a dance/fitness class? Zumba is hella fun. So is spin class, HIIT, salsa (that’s partner dancing) Some gyms have a crùche but I like the evening classes personally. Go find some classes now, that fit your schedule. I still have pole fitness and heels class on my bucket list. I like working out when there’s people and music, dancing doesn’t feel like “working out” to me coz in the end it’s just, fun.

There are definitely a lot you can do, stay in a calorie deficit, daily walks (10k steps a day) etc, but keep in mind if your stress hormone is high (cortisol) your body won’t prioritize loosing weight,

but overall just remind yourself that you did something amazing! You carried your baby, you’re taking care of your baby and your body has changed and that is also normal! Don’t be too hard on yourself and it’s important to not compare yourself to others, everyone is different. Also the worst thing I did was comparing myself to the version of me before I had my baby, that does a lot too

As long as you stay disciplined with what you eat, exercise and mindset you can do it!! Wish you all the best Mama❀

Are you breastfeeding? Some people lose a ton of weight when breastfeeding but others actually retain fat stores. Not sure if you are but possible!

If you’re breastfeeding you might have to embrace the weight for now, you don’t want to go on a calorie deficit while baby is still getting nutrients from you.
Tbh a lot of it will also be water retention. I walk over 10k daily most days and while I was BF my weight did not shift until I started using a vibration plate and now I can fit back into some old clothes. I’ve used it here and there for a month
