My baby is 6 months old and we’ve been transitioning him over to formula over the last 4 weeks. He’s formula fed during the day now & only breastfed during the night. I want to stop breastfeeding but unsure what would be the best way to make up formula for the night? Ideally the quickest way!
I do have a flask and rapid cool which we tried last night but took me 2 or so minutes and he started to get worked up. Are prep machines worth it? Or do they take the same amount of time?

We have a prep machine downstairs and its been a god send for both my kids - its quick but if your baby is anything like mine itll feel like the longest minute in the world 😅😮💨 We use the aptamil ready to feed bottles during the night - so much quicker as she only wakes once. Just pour one into a clean bottle & done! Also means we can take it in turns on whos up x

We brought a prep machine and rapid cools, originally brought rapid cools for the night and when we go out, prep machine for the day.
But we’ve ended up carrying the prep machine up to the bedroom with premeasured formula and bottles every night since day one (using a caddy is a life changer too, to bring everything up and down each night/ morning) it’s not really much effort to do and just does the job amazingly when you’re half asleep and don’t want to worry about squinting you’ve got the right measurements/ loosing count
I would really recommend a prep machine 🙌💕
