Confidence boost?

Can you tell me what boosted your confidence the most after having kids? I’m tired of focusing on all my flaws.. it’s holding me back so much

When other mums told me i had it together! Here was me thinking I was living in chaos and other, and more experienced, mums told me I was doing great.

Definitely the gym! Does so much for my mind also not looking in the mirror so much

From a body and self love perspective…

I buy nice underwear and pjs for me - doesn’t need to be sexy just bright colours or fun whatever floats your boat

Take pictures of yourself and love parts of your body repeatedly- for you

Keep the images in a private folder - if you only love your bum not your belly take a picture of that, leave your face out whatever.

Then build a sort of screw everyone I feel hot I feel powerful mentality.

Also move your body and try new things. YouTube dance routines, whatever.

Move for joy, reconnect with yourself and fill your own cup xx

The more effort you put into yourself the better from the littlest things taking a shower shaving pampering yourself, only watch fitness influencers that HAVE HAD A BABY because that’s a big thing when being influenced u want the right guide and they understand everything the body goes through!

Thank you ladies!! I have been working out for about the last year or so and it has made me feel a lot more like myself I guess it’s just the fact my nins are saggy and my belly button dosnt sit right anymore. Hate the idea of me not having my shirt off and my man’s a boob dude sooo… I just don’t feel like I’m doing enough
